a. If you find item has quality problems, please contact us.

b. We will check and confirm the problems with you .

c. If no quality problems but specification, such as color or size , the replacement will be send to you .

d. The replacement application can be submitted by telephone or mail within 2 days.

e. Item will be shipped within 24 hours. And if possible, we will show you the tracking No..

f. If in quality problems , we’d like to re-send you or refund you in our expense.  

g. On the receipt of item, after inspection, if no quality problems, we will re-send replacement as soon as possible or refund you.
